Terms for using the Pika H3 video creation workspace.

About the service
Pika H3 is an independent video workspace operated by an individual for users worldwide at pikah3.app. It is not the official Pika website. Contact the operator at support@pikah3.app.
The workspace lets you describe scenes, add reference media, submit video generation jobs and download available results. Generation is provided through the Pika API. Results may contain errors, differ from your instructions or resemble other outputs. Review each result before using or publishing it.
Accounts and eligibility
Keep your account information accurate and protect your login credentials. Do not use another person's account or create accounts to bypass usage limits. You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you; where parental or guardian permission is required, obtain it before using the service.
Your inputs and results
Submit only prompts and media you have the right to use, including any required permission for people's likenesses and voices. By submitting a generation request, you authorize processing of those inputs for that request, including transmission to the generation provider.
Generated content is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate or free of third-party rights. Commercial use depends on your rights to the inputs and the applicable generation-provider terms. These terms do not grant rights owned by other people or promise exclusive ownership of an output.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive content, rights infringement, deceptive impersonation, malware, unauthorized access or evasion of service limits. Do not submit confidential material that you are not authorized to share with the generation provider.
Trial credits and generation
Verified accounts receive 10 welcome credits once. A basic 5-second 480p video without prompt enhancement costs 10 credits. Other settings may cost more; review the displayed quote before submitting.
Credits are reserved on submission, spent on success and returned on confirmed failure. If a provider's response is uncertain, credits remain reserved while the job status is checked. Contact support with the job ID if you need help.
Credit purchases are currently unavailable. There is no paid subscription or automatic recharge. Trial credits have no cash value. If purchases open in the future, prices and purchase conditions will be displayed before payment. Purchases will generally be non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and account closure
Generation depends on provider availability and available credits. Processing times and output quality can vary. Download videos you want to keep; output links are not a permanent storage service.
You can delete your account through the security settings. For questions about account closure or stored data, contact support and read the Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not by itself guarantee deletion of copies held by third-party providers.
Your rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For a service issue or dispute, contact support@pikah3.app.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Review the terms and any purchase conditions before using a newly offered paid feature.
