The service

Pika H3 provides a workspace for describing video ideas, adding reference media, submitting available generation jobs and viewing results. Features depend on the model and service availability. Generated clips can contain errors, may differ from your instructions and are not guaranteed to be unique.

Accounts

Keep your account information accurate and protect your login credentials. Do not use another person's account or share access in ways that bypass service limits.

Your inputs and generated videos

Only submit prompts, images, video or audio that you have the right to use. Obtain any necessary permission for people's likenesses, voices and other protected material. Review results before publishing them.

The intended permission for processing your inputs is limited to providing the requested service, including transmission to the selected generation provider. [TO CONFIRM: final processing licence, provider terms, output ownership, commercial-use permissions and any attribution requirements.] This draft does not promise exclusive ownership or unrestricted commercial use of generated content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, create unlawful or abusive content, impersonate people deceptively, distribute malware, evade access controls or interfere with other users. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material until the applicable processing terms have been confirmed.

Plans, credits and failed jobs

The pricing page lists the currently configured one-time credit packs. The current implementation grants verified accounts 10 welcome credits once, reserves credits when generation is submitted, settles them on success and returns them on confirmed failure. Jobs with an uncertain provider outcome remain reserved pending reconciliation. Purchased credits currently have no expiry. Payment refunds or disputes revoke the corresponding purchased credits; a negative balance blocks further generation until topped up.
