How Pika H3 uses account information, creative inputs and generation records.

About this service

Pika H3 is an independent video workspace operated by an individual for users worldwide at pikah3.app. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@pikah3.app.

Information used by the workspace

  • Account details: your name, email address, authentication records and sessions support registration, sign-in and access to your workspace. Google sign-in supplies the account information needed to sign in; the website does not request access to your Gmail messages.
  • Creative inputs: prompts, reference media and generation settings are processed to perform the generation you request. Uploaded references and generation inputs are sent to Pika when you submit a job.
  • Generation and credit records: user associations, request details, job status, output links, error information and credit activity support progress tracking, history and credit accounting.
  • Account files: files uploaded through the Files page are stored separately from your generated-video history.
  • Support messages: the contact form sends your name, email and message to support through the configured email service. Avoid including passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
  • Technical records: authentication records can include IP address and browser information. Service logs help diagnose errors and operate the application.

Credit purchases and marketing email subscriptions are currently disabled. This website does not currently offer a payment form or collect card details.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, file storage and transactional email. Google provides optional Google sign-in. Pika processes submitted generation inputs and hosts generated outputs. These providers process information in connection with their respective services and may operate outside your country.

Provider-held copies are subject to the provider's own processing and retention practices. This notice does not promise that generation inputs are excluded from all provider model-training uses. Do not submit material if those provider practices do not meet your needs.

Storage and deletion

Account and job records support your workspace and generation history. The service does not currently apply a published fixed automatic-deletion interval to all account records, inputs, logs and backups. Output links can become unavailable independently of the records in your account; download videos you want to keep.

Profile settings let you update your account details. Security settings provide account deletion, and the Files page lets you delete uploaded account files. These controls do not guarantee immediate removal from every log, backup or provider-held copy.

For questions about information held about you, or requests for access, correction, export or deletion, contact support@pikah3.app from your account email where possible. Verification may be needed to protect the account. Applicable data-protection rights remain available to you.

Browser storage

Authentication and interface preferences use browser storage. A homepage composition is temporarily stored in the same browser tab to transfer your prompt and settings into the studio. See the Cookie Policy for details and browser controls.
